2C at the Potato Farm
On Tuesday, October 14th, class 2c visited a potato farm in Prinzendorf an der Zaya, Lower Austria. After a long bus ride, the farmer picked us up on his tractor and gave us a bumpy ride to the farm. While we had a snack, we were greeted by two friendly dogs, Mokka and Blue. Then it was time to pick out our baskets and spades and go digging for potatoes! We found tons of them in all different colors, shapes and sizes. Then it was time to wash, peel, fry, and eat them. They were delicious! Every student got a sack of potatoes to take home, as well as lots of happy memories.
