On Monday, May 30th, class 2C took a trip to the Steinhofgründe to learn about the meadow. First we learned about native snails, newts, lizards, toads, and snakes. Every student who wanted to could hold a snail and even pet a snake!

After a snack in the meadow, we looked at some of the animals that live there. Then we collected different kids of flowers and grasses and talked about them. In the end, we got to catch different insects and look at them under a magnifying glass. It was a beautiful day and we learned a lot!
