Dear Parents and Legal Guardians,

If you have registered your child for a first-grade class for the 2026/27 school year, you may now book an appointment with the school doctor.

• Please book only one appointment per family so that there are enough appointments available for all children.
• Appointments take place every Friday on the 2nd floor in the school doctor’s office (next to the principal’s office).
• If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness or for any other reason, the examination will be rescheduled for September.

Please bring your child to the examination.

Please bring your child’s Mother-Child Health Record (Mutter-Kind-Pass) as well as your child’s vaccination record to the scheduled appointment.

If your child has any chronic illnesses, allergies, or has undergone surgery, please also bring the relevant medical reports.
